Enigma, an independent agency, has announced the appointment of Clare Yardley as its Head of Creative Services. The appointment is part of agency’s ongoing commitment to investment in its leadership team and improving the delivery of creative work across all disciplines.

Yardley takes up the position with a wealth of background in creative operations, having held the role of Resource & Creative Services Director at BMF Australia for over ten years, and prior to that was the Creative Services Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. Her experience encompasses project resourcing, workflow systems and agency-wide operational planning.

Yardley will lead the creative services function at Enigma. Yardley’s focus includes establishing efficient processes that enable teams to work together, deliver high-quality work more quickly, and keep pace with the growing demands of the agency's client base.

Simon Lee, Chief Creative Officer at Enigma says he is excited to have Clare Yardley on the team. He considers her leadership will contribute to the agency's growth and success going forward.

"A great Creative Services Director is the emotional intelligence oil that keeps an agency running," Lee said. "Clare's hire is a vital hire for us."

Yardley was equally excitement about her new role at the agency. "It's awesome to find an agency that really values creative operations to produce amazing work," she said. "I love the energy of the place and the people."

Yardley's hire comes in the wake of a series of recent hires to shore-up the creative capability and operational strength of Enigma.

Yardley's arrival coincides with a period of growth for Enigma, who have recently brought some well known senior figures into the agency, including Aldo Ferretto as Creative Director and Head of Art, and Simon Lee as Chief Creative Officer.

These appointments are a sign of Enigma's overall strategy to enhance and strengthen their leadership, and to improve the manner by which Enigma delivers creative work to their clients. Yardley's appointment is vital to ensure that the agency can scale with the demand without compromising on quality or performance.

With a growing number of clients and projects already in the pipeline, it is imperative to have solid systems in place behind the scenes. This is exactly where Yardley's skill set is expected to create a difference. With her experience managing complex processes, balancing the workload of the team, and enabling excellent creative output, Yardley will be instrumental in supporting Enigma's growth and scaling successfully.

By having an experienced leader of operations in place at the core of its creative process, Enigma is intending to create more streamlined collaborations, more financially responsible work, and ultimately more consistent delivery.

This method not only helps internal teams but also allows the agency to expand its capacity for responding to the changing needs of clients more quickly and clearly.

Yardley is a great candidate for the position, her experience and knowledge of how to run a modern creative agency put her in good stead. As Enigma continues to grow, she has the right experience to further align operations with creative ambition.
