Lauren Pisciotta, who was Kanye West's personal assistant from 2021--2022, has expanded the lawsuit she filed against West with new serious allegations. In a new filing in a court in July 2025, Pisciotta states that West sexually battered her, sex trafficked her, falsely imprisoned her, stalked her, and inflicted emotional abuse upon her while she worked for him and after she worked for him.
Pisciotta is a social media influencer and OnlyFans creator who initially filed the lawsuit in 2024, alleging that West had sexually harassed her, retaliated against her, and wrongfully terminated her. However, her new legal allegations are far more disturbing than her original claims. Pisciotta claims West committed sexual battery against her by forcing her to provide oral sex without consent and forcing his fingers inside of her; she additionally claimed that West offered her to others in exchange for sexual favors, which the attorneys for Pisciotta claim fits the definition of sex trafficking in the eyes of the law.
According to one incident described in the complaint, West allegedly locked Pisciotta in a room on a private jet and made her stay there while he masturbated. She also alleges that she had to be present for his sexual encounters with other women, even when she said she was uncomfortable.
According to the lawsuit, West abused his power and influence over Pisciotta and promised her opportunity in her career and financial incentives for her silence and compliance. She states West continued to harass her after she left the job — including showing up at her apartment, choking her during a confrontation, and sending other people to threaten her — and that she ultimately left Los Angeles and moved to Florida for her safety.
West Denies Allegations Amid Growing Attention to Lawsuit
Kanye West's legal team denied all allegations, calling them false, and saying Pisciotta is attempting to extort money and publicity. While they haven't fully responded to the amended complaint, they previously indicated that she is making "baseless claims" in pursuit of financial benefits.
This case is in civil court, and no criminal charges have been filed yet. Pisciotta wants a jury trial and damages for emotional distress and monetary losses. She is the client of Lisa Bloom, who is a high-profile attorney in the area of harassment and abuse.
The suit is the most recent in a series of recent legal disputes involving West, who has faced several allegations in recent years, including from former employees and contacts. Pisciotta’s account is also resonating with emerging discussions about exploitation — and abuse — in the entertainment industry — especially the dynamics of power and exploitation of stars versus the people who are involved in their work.
It is possible that more facts will come out through the process of discovering the case. While discovery may lead to a trial, for now, Pisciotta's amended complaint is among the most serious legal challenges West has faced in his career. Even if the case does not go to trial, Pisciotta's case has already raised awareness of the behavior of one the world's most controversial public persons.
