RZA, a well-known music producer and one of the original members of Wu-Tang Clan, is back in the spotlight. He recently introduced his latest film One Spoon of Chocolate and announced what he says will be Wu-Tang Clan’s final tour across North America.
The movie had its first screening at the Tribeca Film Festival and features actors Shameik Moore and Paris Jackson in leading roles. It tells the story of a man trying to start over in a small town after prison, but things take a dark turn. The movie has been praised for its emotional depth, powerful storytelling, and visual style inspired by classic 1970s thrillers.
At the same time, RZA has announced that Wu-Tang Clan is going on what might be their last big tour together. The tour, titled Wu-Tang Forever: The Final Chamber, will begin on June 6 in Baltimore and travel to more than 25 cities across the U.S.
The hip-hop duo Run the Jewels will join as special guests. RZA promises fans an unforgettable experience with rare tracks and unique performances.
In addition to his work on film and the tour, RZA also released a live concert documentary earlier this year called A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks. It features Wu-Tang performing with a full orchestra at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheatre, showcasing how hip-hop can blend with classical music.
Last year, RZA also put out a musical project titled A Ballet Through Mud, which highlights his growth as a composer and artist outside traditional hip-hop. His continued creative efforts show how he’s using his platform to experiment with sound and storytelling across different art forms.
RZA’s current work in film, music, and live performances proves that even after decades in the spotlight, he remains a strong and evolving voice in entertainment and culture.
