WCL Owner Drops Bomb on Karishma Kotak: ‘I’ll Propose to You’

The finals of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025 held at Edgbaston should have been known for the cricketing action that transpired, but it has instead gained social media attention for a completely unrelated reason.

After South Africa Champions achieved a convincing nine-wicket victory, presenter Karishma Kotak was interviewing WCL owner Harshit Tomar as part of the post-match presentation, and what started as a regular question-and-answer session became a viral moment during the cricket ceremony.

Karishma asked Harshit how he was planning on celebrating after the big win, and he casually said, “Probably once this is over I am going to be proposing to you.”

His response caught Kalisha, and the whole broadcast crew, off guard. Kalisha called Harshit out in astonishment by saying, “Oh my God!”, and quickly switched back to Cricket conversation.

Karishma Kotak is very familiar with the limelight. Originating from London, she began modeling at 16 and moved to India to pursue entertainment opportunities.
